We are presently making farmhouse stirred-curd cheddar cheese of varying degrees of sharpness!  What is farmhouse cheese?  Farmhouse cheese is where the cheese is made directly on the farm with fresh milk by cows milked on that farm.  Our farmhouse cheese is made from cows that live on pasture !  Our farmhouse cheese is also made with raw whole milk and vegetable enzymes. Ideal for vegetarians!
